Athletic Preparation Overview

Movement Preparation is a routine we can use to improve performance and reduce the rate of injury. It typically consists of some light massage work, stretching, activation of essential muscle groups, a dynamic warmup and a few exercises to familiarize your body with the surface that you're about to play on .


Foam Rolling - Myofascial release

We highly recommend tissue work through massage or rolling. We've added a routine here to reduce muscle tension and reduce tight spots.


Active Warmup

A dynamic warmup combines movements in a controlled way to better prepare you for the tasks you will perform in training or a game. It is widely accepted as the best way to prepare you to play.


Mobility- Coming Soon

Lack of mobility is a causative factor of injury and can contribute to movement impairments. This is an important component an injury risk reduction strategy especially for growing kids.
